From 21:00 to 24:00 every day from October 20 to 22, 2023, Binshui West Road (Weijin South Road to Lingbin Road) in Nankai District is prohibited from passing motor vehicles (except buses). Passing motor vehicles are advised to bypass Shuiyuanyuan East Road, Shuiyuanyuan West Road, Weijin South Road, Tianta Road, Shiying Road, expressways and auxiliary roads.

2023任贤齐【齐迹•在路上】巡回演唱会—天津站将于2023年10月20日至22日每日晚间在天津体育馆举行，为确保活动期间道路交通安全畅通，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》及相关法律法规规定，天津市公安交通管理局将对南开区相关道路采取以下限制通行措施：

2023年10月20日至22日每日21时至24时，南开区宾水西道（卫津南路至凌宾路）禁止机动车通行（公交车除外）。

请过往机动车绕行水上公园东路、水上公园西路、卫津南路、天塔道、士英路、快速路及辅道等道路。
