一基本要求

（一）各餐饮市场主体承担本单位疫情防控工作的主体责任，主要负责人是第一责任人，根据本指南制定具体防控方案，落实各项防控工作要求。

（二）餐饮服务单位要组织所属员工使用“津心办”小程序申领“健康码”，及时掌握员工健康风险。亮绿码测温上岗。

（三）餐饮服务单位要准备口罩、医用消毒水、洗手液、测温枪等防疫防护用品。

（四）在疫情防控解除前，禁止接待大规模聚餐活动。

（五）要严格按照规范使用消毒液体，避免消毒液体接触到菜品、成品。

（六）严格执行扫码进入的规定。张贴“津门战疫”小程序二维码，所有人员扫码后方可进入店内，并安排专门人员引导、辅助不会操作人员进行登记。

（七）堂食服务食客间隔不小于0.5米。有室外窗或有空调新风或有排风设施的单间，保证在就餐时开启相关设施，确保通风良好前提下允许开放，就坐食客最多不能超过原座位数的70%，要在每个单间门口明示最多容纳食客数量。根据上述标准测算最大入店人数，并在店门口显著位置标示。

（八）餐饮服务单位要全面推行公筷公勺。对于合餐顾客，必须做到“一菜一公筷、一汤一公勺”，或者“一人一公筷、一人一公勺”。有条件的餐厅要积极推广分餐制。

（九）直梯乘梯人数应控制在定员的70%以下，每层电梯口加挂提示牌。乘梯人员要自觉遵守人数限制规定，如出现超限情况，电梯内人员有义务发出提示。等候电梯期间，乘梯人员按照每人间隔0.5米以上进行排队。

（十）要增加通风换气的频次，确保充足的新鲜空气。
