A staff member reminds foreigners to fill in an arrival card at airport
Tianjin Customs has updated its health declaration card, which passengers need to fill in before entering the country. The new card adds items like occupation, entry and exit port, contacts in China, address in the coming two weeks, and countries and regions traveled to in the past two weeks.

Passengers are also asked to report if two persons or more in their family or workplace have a fever or other symptoms, and whether they have taken an antipyretic or cold medicine in past three days.
Customs officials then label passengers' passports in green, yellow and red colors after the quarantine inspection.
A green label means the passenger has traveled from countries and regions with minor epidemic conditions. They can leave the airport freely.
A red or yellow labels mean they came from key coronavirus-affected regions and must undergo further screening and checks.
Anyone who makes concealing or false health statements will take legal responsibility.
